Metal Blanks UK supplies high-quality metal blanks suitable for hand stamping and engraving. We are a UK-based business serving predominantly trade and small business customers.
2. Products
All products listed are described as accurately as possible. Sizes, materials, and finishes are clearly specified. If you require further details, please contact us before placing an order.
3. Pricing & Payment
Prices are shown in GBP. We accept payments via PayPal, credit/debit card (through WooPayments), Klarna, and ClearPay. Orders must be paid in full before dispatch.
4. Shipping & Delivery
We currently ship to the UK and Northern Ireland only. Orders are typically dispatched within 1 working day (Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays). Delivery is made via the method chosen at checkout. We are not responsible for courier delays once your order has left our premises.
5. Returns & Cancellations
You may cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods, and you will have another 14 days to return the items. Returned goods must be unused and in saleable condition. Customers are responsible for return postage.
Returns made outside of this timeframe may be accepted at our discretion for unused items, but a 30% restocking fee will apply.
Refunds will be processed once the items have been returned and inspected.
6. Order Acceptance
We reserve the right to cancel an order at any time before dispatch if we need to retain stock or cannot fulfil the order.
7. Liability
We are not liable for any loss, damage, or delays resulting from circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to courier issues, force majeure events, or technical malfunctions.
